Innovatorium rent out offices in all sizes - from S to XL. The framework can thus be expanded as your company grows. Common to all office sizes is the fact that flexibility, facilities, network and synergy follow you - which size fits you the best?

When you rent an office in Innovatorium, you only pay for office space. You do not pay for meeting rooms, cafeteria, entrance / reception, toilets, etc.

If you rent an office in town, only 65-70% of the total area count as office area, the last percentages cover areas such as toilets, corridors, meeting room, reception etc

This is important to remember when you compare our prices with other leases.

Renting 35 m2 in Innovatorium equals renting 54 m2 in a normal lease in terms of being able to accommodate the same number of jobs.

Small

The smallest offices are at 20 well organised square meters, which is a good size for new entrepreneurs. Prices of Innovatorium's small offices start at about 3,100 DKK a month.

Medium

If your one-man business starts to feel growing pains, or if you already have a few employees or partners, then a size M might be what you need.

Large

When your company has 8-10 employees, size L is a good option.

X-Large

Innovatorium has offices of up to 300 square meters to let. An office of 120 square meters costs approximately DKK 18,800 a month.

Desk solution

If you do not want your own office, but like to rent an office with other entrepreneurs, it is also possible.
